My experience was enjoyable with a clean and spacious Queen Room equipped with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast options were impressive, featuring a hearty variety. The staff stood out, particularly their friendliness and willingness to help. The location was easy to find and felt secure, making the stay that much better.

Our group had a lovely overnight stay with breathtaking mountain views from the back room. The staff were incredibly welcoming and suggested a luggage cart without us even asking! Breakfast featured tasty scrambled eggs and plenty of options. Consider requesting a back room for quieter mornings.

Unexpected delays but spacious room

The room was surprisingly spacious, and I loved the clean, fresh feel when I first walked in. The front desk staff was helpful, accommodating our requests.

the staff at best western were really friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. the king room was very clean, and i appreciated the breakfast juices and packaged selections. it was also nice that the hotel is located close to several attractions, making it easy to get around.

The breakfast was lit, especially considering that hardworking staff kept things rolling despite a fire crew showing up! Plus, the location is top-notch with great local eats nearby—don't miss out on the Korean BBQ joint just down the block.

On the flip side, housekeeping was seriously lacking—found some nasty surprises under the bed. Also, the pool wasn't as cozy as I'd hoped, and water at breakfast was a no-show.

easy access to parks and landmarks for city strolls

I really loved that it was just a short drive to Tumalo State Park, where I could enjoy some great walking trails, and the vibrant Bend River Promenade was within easy reach for leisurely strolls along the river. the spacious room made my stay comfortable and relaxed.

the check-in process was a bit frustrating,, but the room was spacious with a large tv and the shower had great water pressure. loved the friendly staff and the convenient location! 😃
